I have so desperately tried to like this ...Oh, boy. I have so desperately tried to like this game since I first laid eyes on it around the time the TG-16 was launched in the US all those years ago. I mean, it certainly looks intriguing in static screenshots, and the idea of it is stellar (a shmup set in an underwater world, "starring" a ship that looks like a fish? sign me up!), but start playing it and all of those allusions fall apart.
